How to Register for NAF

Registration for the National Authentication Framework (NAF) takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
  • If you are and existing digiGov users you can upgrade their account by selecting Existing digiGov User below otherwise Select New digiGov User
  • Applications are typically processed within 24 hours, during which your information will undergo validation and verification
Please ensure you have digital copies of the required documents prepared before beginning your application.

Required Documents
  • Passport-Sized Photograph
    • Taken within the last 6 months
    • Size is 2x2 inches (600DPI)
    • Clear image with good lighting
    • Plain white or off-white background
    • Not a selfie
    • Neutral expression (mouth closed, no smiling)
    • Facing the camera with full face visible
    • Wearing only prescription glasses (no sunglasses or tinted lenses)

  • Identification Documents
    • Valid Saint Lucia Electoral/National Identification Card for citizens
    • Saint Lucia NIC card for residents
    • Photocopy of Passport

  • Supporting Documentation if section is completed
    • Documents supporting Tax Identification Number (TIN/IRD)
    • Any additional relevant supporting documents, if required

New/Existing DigiGov user should complete all the steps after clicking next Button.
To submit your registration application, please follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Step 1: Registration Application Form with Attachments

    This section collects your personal details & attachments e.g., Applicant and Contact Details, Address Details, Identity Card Details, Applicant Comments, Attachments, User Consent and Summary.

  2. Step 2: OTP Verification

    One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Email address & Mobile Number. Please Enter the One Time Password (OTP) to proceed with form submission.

  3. Step 3: Registration Application Submission
