Government of Saint Lucia has launched a Digital Services Platform (digiGov) which will provide an easy to use, secure portal to offer a convenient and standardized method for citizens, resident and business to access government services online.

To access this website the user is required to first register and then login to access the services. While the Government of Saint Lucia and Operators have implemented security measures to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability, the responsibility is that of the user to protect their access credentials. The user is solely responsible for managing their login credentials. The Government of Saint Lucia and the operators of the Portal cannot be held responsible if the user does not take due care in securing their access to the digiGov platform.

Use of the digiGov Platform may be monitored, recorded or audited. All access or use of the digiGov Platform indicates consent to monitoring, recording or auditing such use. Unauthorized or improper use of this system is prohibited and may result in criminal, civil or administrative penalties as per the laws of Saint Lucia.

The digiGov Platform offers online payments for Government services allowing users to complete requests for services online. Payment can be made using Visa/MasterCard credit & debit cards. You will be required to login to the platform to apply and pay for a service. On completion of your application for a service you will be redirected to a secure third party service to enter your payment details for verification and processing. You expressly agree that the proper use of this online payment service is entirely your own responsibility and the debit/credit card banking details provided by you for use of the Payment platform will be correct and accurate and you shall not use a debit / credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid debit/credit card banking details.
