COVID-19 Digital Vaccination Certificate Application
Thank you for using the digiGov Platform.
To apply for your COVID-19 Digital Vaccination Certificate, you must have taken the full course of the COVID-19 Vaccination.
To complete your application, you will need to enter the information as detailed on the vaccination card issued by the Ministry of Health. You will also be required to upload digital copies of the following supporting documents:
- The back and front of the Vaccination Card issued by the Ministry of Health.
- The Booster Card (if any).
- A valid Passport sized photo (or equivalent) with a neutral background. All facial features must be visible, free from hair, hats, scarfs, with both ears in view.
- A valid State issued ID (back and front where applicable). State issued IDs can be National ID cards, Driver's Licences, or the Bio-Data page of a Passport.
You will also require a valid Email Address (your email address or that of an authorized third party) to receive your COVID-19 Digital Vaccination Certificate and a valid Mobile Number (your personal number or that of an authorised third party).
Please note that the processing time of your application is an estimated 5 business days, provided that your application does not require further corrections.
