As more government services are made available through digital channels, having a NAF ID helps ensure continued and seamless access. The NAF is the Government's official unique identity management system, designed to securely identify, authenticate, and validate users, enabling safe and trusted interactions across government online services

During this phase, Citizens and Legal Residents of Saint Lucia are eligible to register for a NAF account via the digiGov platform.

Most Common

Who can apply

Citizens of Saint Lucia who are 18 years of age or older.

Requirements:

  • Valid Electoral / NIC Card
  • Passport Sized Photo

Resident / Non-National

Who can apply

Legal residents of Saint Lucia, including work permit holders, permanent residents, CARICOM/OECS nationals, and foreign nationals.

Requirements:

  • Valid Passport
  • NIC Card
  • Second Form of Gov ID

Temporary Registration

Who can apply

Only for emergencies where a user needs a temporary account.

Important:

  • Valid for 3 months only
  • You must upgrade to a NAF ID within 3 months to maintain access
  • Grants immediate access to undertake transactions
