Welcome to the Government of Saint Lucia's National Authentication Framework (NAF) Registration Portal.

The National Authentication Framework (NAF) is the Governments official Unique Identity Management System, designed to securely identify, authenticate, and validate users for seamless access to government online services.

By registering for a NAF ID, you gain access to a secure, trusted, and convenient way to interact with government services-today and into the future.

    Who Can Register?
    During this phase, Citizens and Legal Residents of Saint Lucia are eligible to register for a NAF account via the digiGov platform.

    Citizens Registration
    All Saint Lucian citizens aged 18 years or older are eligible to register for the National Authentication Framework (NAF). To complete registration, applicants must possess:
  • A valid Saint Lucia Electoral/National Identification Card (NIC); and/or proof of possession of a national ID card
  • Passport Sized Photo

    • Residents Registration
    Any legal resident of Saint Lucia can register with the following:
  • A valid passport
  • A NIC Card
  • A second form of government-issued identification


    • Current Registration process of digiGov. This registration takes about 10 ‑ 15 minutes and grants you immediate access to undertake a transaction on digiGov. With this login, however, you will be given 6 months to complete your NAF registration.
